According to a statement released by the Cree Outfitting and Tourism Association, a new board of directors has been elected as of late August at its most recent AGA held in Wemindji.
COTA’s new board is as follows: Julie Ann Cooper, President; Joshua Iserhoff, Vice-President; Anna Bosum, Ouje-Bougoumou member; Redfern Mark-Stewart, Eastmain member; Titus Shecapio, Mistissini member; Joey Fireman, Chisasibi member; Roy Mamianskum, Whapmagoostui member; Raymond Blackned, Waskaganish member; and Roberta Georgekish, Wemindji member.
