Presence autochtone 1997 invites the Aboriginal community to take part in this grandiose event. We call on everyone (Aboriginal organisations, artists of young and old) to come and celebrate with pride our national day of peace, joy and friendship.
In addition to attendance prizes, Presence autochtone 1997 will give out prizes for the best banner, the group with the best outfit (organisations, dancers, etc.), the best outfit and the most original make-up.
Everyone is asked to gather at 3:30 p.m. on June 21 at Square St. Louis (St Denis and Prince Arthur). Parade route: St. Denis to Ste. Catherine and to Berri Park. To register, contact Michele Audette at (514) 521- 2714.
